Mink made it to where every young player wants to be: Real Madrid, Ajax, PSV. Trained by Zidane, Guti, Wim Jonk. And saw firsthand how demanding the football world truly is. It's not just talent that makes the difference, but how you handle pressure, expectations, setbacks, and your own growth. Today he translates those lessons into products and tools within Build Your Baller.

Entrepreneur with a background at multiple pro clubs. Massimo built his first company at 21 with two co-founders and grew it to 30 people in four years, before successfully selling it at 25. The blueprint came from football: discipline, repetition, dealing with setbacks. Today he translates that same mindset into product and operations within Build Your Baller.
